Cover letter

To whom it may concern,

I am a product leader with 12+ years implementing, building, and shipping complex, institutional grade products including blockchain applications, energy trading systems, and commercial EV charging platforms. I am intentionally seeking a principal individual contributor role because I want to get back to what I do best: problem solving, reverse engineering solutions, and hands on product work. I am energized by complex problems and by closing the loop on quality myself. My greatest professional strength is that I am an expert learner. I move fast, absorb new domains quickly, and implement learnings without waiting for perfect conditions.

I am looking for a principal PM role where the work is the product: ambiguous problems, high stakes delivery, and direct partnership with engineering. I thrive at the intersection of emerging technology and disciplined product craft—translating customer signals, business constraints, and technical tradeoffs into clear priorities and shippable outcomes. I use AI tools daily in my own PM workflow for discovery, requirements, and synthesis. I am not theorizing about how PMs should work; I am building and refining how I work, and bringing that rigor to the team.

I understand how volatile the product landscape is right now, especially in AI. What separates durable products long term is not hype; it is user experience and usability, improved iteratively through measurable feedback. This means data driven criteria for what gets prioritized, deprioritized, built, and ultimately deployed.

I have done this before at scale. As Product Strategy Lead at Umbrage (a part of Bain & Co.), I led product discovery, design, development, and production cutover for the Smart Charge Commercial product, a 0→1 platform built for Con Edison under a New York regulatory mandate requiring utilities to manage commercial EV charging load. At DRW, I lead product strategy for blockchain applications bringing traditional finance workflows to web3, running multiple product workstreams through agentic AI workflows and feedback loops that turn qualitative signals into shippable product decisions. I apply extreme ownership to my work product, excellence is the standard I hold myself to. I want to bring that builder discipline to your team.

Thank you for your consideration. I welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can contribute as a principal individual contributor on your product team.
